Each collar is elegantly stamped with your dogs name, offering font options and colour combinations for a personalised touch.

✅ Guaranteed Quality: If your item is faulty, defective, or not as described, we’ll replace, exchange, or refund it—no worries. Just return it within 14 days with proof of purchase.

📏 Size Matters: We ask for your dog’s neck size when you order to ensure the perfect fit. Once a collar is personalized (stamped with a name or phone number), it cannot be returned or exchanged if you’ve selected the wrong size. We’ll do our best to confirm sizing with you, but the final responsibility is on the owner.

🔧 Need an Adjustment? No Problem!

If your collar is too long, a shoe repairer or leatherworker can add an extra hole or shorten it.

Prefer us to do it? Send it back, and we’ll adjust it for free—you just cover shipping.

🚫 No Change-of-Mind Returns: As each personalized item is unique, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
